Ezekiel chapters

If you're following along with our chapter a day Bible reading challenge, we're toward the end of the Ezekiel. Ezekiel is a difficult book to study, some say one of the most difficult in the Bible. At the end of the Ezekiel is a detailed description of plans for the temple. Here is an artists reconstruction of what the new temple layout would look like based on Ezekiel's instructions.

Invite someone this Weekend

Invite someone to our weekend services this Sunday. We will be continuing our series "When you Need a Miracle". The topic is "When you feel like giving up"

We've passed the 150 mark at the itunes store. Each week the weekend message is posted as a podcast at the itunes store. We have over 160 weeks worth of messages to listen to. Who is Your One? Our hope is that each member of New Life would have one person they reaching out to with the love of Christ. Who could that person be for you? A friend? A family member? Someone you work with?

Here are three questions to think through.

• Who’s my one?

• How can I reach out them with Christ’s love?

• How can I help them take the next step towards Christ?

Mid-week Youth Group

Did you know we have a mid-week group for junior and senior high students? It meets on Wednesday at 7:00 pm.

Tonight is the monthly leader's meeting. As part of the meeting, the leaders take time to share stories of God at work in their lives and ministries. Tonight we focuses on evidences of God's love in our life over the last couple of weeks. Here are some pictures of the groups sharing.

Counseling Resources

We desire to spiritually support our members through the different challenges of life. Our primary vehicle for spiritual support are small groups. Small groups are a place where members can share needs, pray for each and receive spiritual support and encouragement.

While we hope that many needs can be meet in small groups, we realize that often times a member may need a trained counselor or a specialized support group to provide the needed help.

While our church does not have “in house” counseling, or support groups, we can point you to two local organizations that can help. These local resources can supplement the spiritual support our church provides. One of the organizations focuses on counseling, the other offers support groups.
